Arctic Ice Melt

Arctic North Pole Since 1980, the arctic has lost 40 percent of it’s summer sea ice. Arctic warming is so advanced that summer sea ice could completely vanish decades earlier than previously imagined. The average surface temperature worldwide has risen nearly one degree in four decades.
